About Hathaway Manor North
There once was a time not so long ago when the word "neighborhood" meant something special. More than a location, it was a mindset, a mentality, a point of view, an identity. The neighborhood was where folks looked out for one another. They cared about each other. They smiled and waved. In so many places the neighborhood feel has withered and gone. But not here.
Hathaway Manor North harkens back to that special time when "home" was where you lived and the people you surrounded yourself with. Located north of Interstate 270 in unincorporated north St. Louis County, this community of 598 homes is a throwback to that time when friendliness and being neighborly counted for something. We never have forgotten back then. At Hathaway Manor North, that home fire still burns.
